Any reservations I had quickly disappeared on meeting Jim, our instructor for the week, who was friendly and reassuring. The course covered all of the aspects outlined on the website and Jim was very clear, thorough and often entertaining in his delivery of the theory and when demonstrating practical skills. There was plenty of opportunity for hands on experience, culminating in our designing and constructing a bathroom. Jim kindly allowed me to follow the basic structure of my bathroom at home, which I hope to replace using my new found skills and knowledge! Throughout the course I felt comfortable about working at my own pace and was always sensitively supported by Jim to understand and master new skills.

As an ethical building skills training centre we will not offer or promise you overnight craftsmanship, we know from our own experience, that the skills required to become a ‘professional' within the building industry take many years and much hard work to acquire.
